What can I do if someone has pictures of me on a website that I have not authorized? This website is for meeting other people and my images are used with out my permission.

That depends. By itself, being in a photograph does not give you the right to control how it's used. That's usually for the copyright holder to decide, and the copyright holder is usually the photographer. But depending on how the photos are being used and other specifics, you may have grounds to take some sort of action. I suggest discussing the details of your situation with a lawyer to learn more about your rights.
