Posting emails

Is there a law against posting an email including my personal information to a website such as myspace with the intent to dicredit my reputation?

There are a number of state and federal laws which would prohibit such conduct. Further, you have the right to bring a Civil Action under Tort Law ( invasion of privacy, slander) against the offending party.
