Legal Question in Technology Law in Georgia
Recently received unsolicited email intended for an attorney with the same name as me. This has gone on for months. I finally got fed up and replied to ALL with some rather choice language. I received a email from a judge requesting that I not use such language. I replied with more choice language. The judge has now threatened to turn my email address over to the GFBI and attorneys DA office. I did not in any way ever threaten or harrass. Just used some "F" bombs regarding my frustration with receiving client-attorney privy email. Should I worry?

You have reason to worry. If you were stupid enough to ignore a directive from a judge, it is very likely that you will (very deservedly) end up in jail for contempt.
