''Renatal History'' What I can and can not post.

I am starting an internet business selling peoples Rental History.

Previously damaged properties or rents owed will be available to the

public to keep tract of Dead Beat Renters. Do you know of any laws

restricting this?

The problem is you will be getting only one side of the story - the landlord's. If you publish damaging information which proves to be wrong, you are open to a libel action which could prove costly.
