Legal Question in Technology Law in Georgia

All the teachers at my school have to

have a webpage. We were told we

had to have our picture taken to be

uploaded. I have had issues with a

stalker in my past and do NOT want

my picture on this webpage. Can my

employer force me to do this. If

there is a law, I need to be able to

quote it. Thanks!!

Talk to your union rep. Ultimately, this is a question of speaking to the right person to get it fixed, not a legal controversy. No sane administrator is going to compel you to put a photo online in light of the stalker issue.
