If you were originally granted a deferred adjudication, and if you have a court Order dismissing your case without adjudication due to the successful completion of the probation program, then you have no criminal conviction, your civil rights have not been suspended, and you are free to exercise whichever of those rights you wish, assuming no other conviction or suspension of civil rights.
