Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Georgia

is it legal for the law to keep me from seeing my girlfriend because she was with me when i got caught selling drugs? how can i fight this?

Since you do not say what "the law" has done exactly, the is no way to answer other than "maybe." Certainly, if her best interests are considered, she would probably stay from you and you would want to protect her from your illegal activities.
