I made an appeal to a pro se for a probation revocation to be removed from supervision over a year ago,the judge has not made a decision yet. His hesitation with this matter delays my restoration process.HOW LONG MUST I WAIT,AND IS THER SOMEONE ELSE I CAN ENQUIRE WITH THIS MATTER! PLEASE ADVISE!

It would be very rare and difficult to accomplish what you seek, and without a lawyer it is very unlikely that you presented in a way that had even a prayer of success (the tone and wording of your post - the all caps, exclamation points and wording also tells us that you likely did not sound professional at all).
