Is it a violation of contitutional rights to privacy to force an employee to take a photograph for posting on the internet. what other laws has been broken in this action and legal actions can I take in this matter.

I don't think it is illegal to require employees to provide the company with a photo, but you have a legitimate concern about your picture being posted on the internet.
Your best bet would be to negotiate this out, perhaps your company can do more to respect your privacy outside of work hours, since posting your photo would affect you outside of hte work environment.
