Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Georgia
Just got a window tint ticket. Bought the truck as is three years ago, never a problem. Rear window (factory tint) darker than front. Officers tint gadget read 17%, before it even hit my glass. I'm 40 years old, not some kid. His window were much darker than any of mine. The United States Consitution states the no one is above the law. So, why can "they" have tint so dark that you can not see in the vehicle? Should I go to court? What do you recomend? Thank you for your help.

Have the tint checked in a shop. If you're in violation, remove it, bring proof to court and throw yourself on the mercy of the court, which may or may not fine you.
