Legal Question in Construction Law in Georgia
new attorney?
We have been involved in a civil case for two years now, and with only a few days to go till the trial, we received a notice from our attorney's law form that our lawyer had quit and they had assigned us a new one. we have paid them a lot of money, and now we feel like we won't be adequately represented! Do we have any options? Can they do this to us?

Re: new attorney?
Discuss your concerns with the responsible lawyer at the firm. I am not sure what you think they have done to you, or what else the firm could have done when the other lawyer left.
