construction contract
contractor will not return to complete job. What is my best way to get him to finish or how can I get mymoney back.

You will probably need to sue the contractor, or at least have an attorney send a demand letter for the contractor to finish the job or refund the money. Keep in mind that it might not be a good idea to have a contractor with whom you are fighting to do the work. Usually, you would hire another contractor to finish the job and sue for the amounts paid.
