Construction Fraud
We paid an electrician half the money to start a job but he never even began and now he has dissappeared. What can we do and who do I need to contact?

Contact an attorney to initiate the process that will culminate in obtaining a judgment against the electrician.

You don't state the amount of money at issue, but it may be in an amount that you can file in Magistrate Court without paying a lawyer.
