Legal Question in Construction Law in Georgia
Construction problem
The building next door has been undergoing major demolition and recently the workers put a hole in my dining room wall while attaching support beams to this building so the walls of their building will not collapse....what are my options if any?

Your best option is to consult an attorney for guidance/assistance in making sure the integrity and appearance of your structure is restored at no cost to you.

Re: Construction problem
Your obvious first and best option is to go next door (or call) and speak to the owner or person in charge about taking care of the damage. Obviously, a lawyer will charge a fee for doing just that, but there is no reason to take that step unless you have to.
