Myself and several coworkers, have not been paid for 2 weeks.
Work performed with excellent results, promised compensation, but employer keeps delaying

Your question appears to have nothing to do with construction law, the topic chosen, but the two avenues are 1) call GA Department of Labor (they can SOMETIMES assist, esp. with larger companies), or 2) sue in small claims. The practical results of either may be losing the job, but it is a good idea to start looking anyway.
