Can a business owner place a labor

lien on the house of a client that

didn't pay the bill for a foundation

that was put in for the house the

client is having built?

If your question is can an entity that is not paid for work performed or materials provided for the improvement of property, place a lien upon that property for the amount that is owed, the answer is, typically, "Yes."
