Magistrate Judgement
If your company is incorporated can someone put a fifa on your personal property? Judgement against company and also our personal names, I thought incorporation protected us?

Generally, the judgment controls so if it in your personal name the creditor can attach your personal property. While a corporate form may protect personal property of the owners, a person must still defend if he/she is sued personally. Many defenses are waived if not presented in Court. There may be time limits for reconsideration or appeals, so it is in your best interest to immediately contact an attorney. Good luck!
