Material liens
We Have A Dispute With A Plumbing Supply Company On The Amount Of Money That is owed to thaem by our plumbing company,
They put material Liens On the Homes That We Did The Work On , Now THEY HAVE FILED A JUDGEMENT AGAINST US, WE HAVE BEEN PAYING THE LIENS OFF AS SOON AS WE ARE NOTIFIED OF THEM, ARE THE LIENS STILL IN EFFECT,SINCE THEY HAVE FILED PAPERS TO SUE US?

If you are being sued, you need a lawyer to represent you. Responding to legal actions is not a do-it-yourself area when your business and financial interests hang in the balance. By now you probably realize that the current state of your affiars may make it very difficult for you to continue to get work.
