If you are writing contracts yourself without a lawyer, do NOT go into business. It will bite you. The couple hundred dollars that you need to spend to properly customize your paperwork is one of the most important investments you can make, and if you lack the funds, you are way too undercapitalized to be in business. You need a lawyer (and a CPA). That's essential. If you don't have one and are in my area, call me if I can help.
