Legal Question in Construction Law in Georgia
Can you sue your landlord if they do not fix problems in the house like mold, rats, electoral problems, bugs, and roof problems. if so what can we do to get him to fix the house. we told him to fix the problems and he didn't fix it yet he tells us to fix it. pleas help us we have three kids living in the house.

Yes. Go to Magistrates Court. Be sure you have proof you notified him in writing.
