Legal Question in Construction Law in Georgia
How much time do I have to back out of a Contract Agreement that I signed today, May-26?
I just signed a construction contract and don't think I want to go through with it until we come to a better agreement on the money portion.

Does the contract state that you have a period of time to back out or terminate without penalty? Assume that any contract you sign is binding the instant the ink hits the paper. Regretting the deal you made is not a reason to get out of a contract. If there is another way out, you'll need to see a lawyer to review it.
