Legal Question in Construction Law in Georgia

I won a small claims case against my contractor- he has moved to mexico and I don;t know how I will be able to collect. What are my options? part of the award is actual money that he has been illegally withholding from me.

As you have found, winning a case is only half the battle. It makes little sense to file a case without knowing there are assets to collect from. Unless you can find assets you have a worthless piece of paper. With him out of the country your task is even harder.
