Legal Question in Construction Law in Georgia
Work Agreement
I signed an agreement for a roofing company to do some work. The agreement says it is subject to the approval of my insurance company. The Roofer met with the Insurance Adjuster and my clain was denied. I want to have (2nd) contractor get an engineer and meet with the insurance company. If they approve the work this time, do I have still have to go with the first contractor?

Re: Work Agreement
Probably not, but it depends on the specific language of the contract.
