year end dervice
our builder specified a year end service walk through. this statement was included. ''we must complete this 1 year service prior to the one year anniversary of your closing in order to enforce certain manufacturer warranties.'' when the time came our builder refused to comply. did our builder break a contract or void our warranty? isn't this illegal somehow?

They most likely breached the purchase agreement for the property. Have a local attorney review it and get a comprehensive answer.
