Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I have a 2 year contract with a gym in Atlanta, GA that requires half of the remaining balance to paid in the case of an early termination. I was severely injured 2 months after signing the contract and can no longer use the gym as intended. Is there a law that protects consumers and allows for early termination of a health spa contract in the case of an injury?
