Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I added a phone to my cell phone contract for a friend a few months ago. The friendship has ended and I told her to return the phone and she refused. The phone is not paid for and it would take $600 to pay off the contract on the phone to release me from legal liability. Is there anything I can do to make her either return the phone or pay off the contract if she refuses or has damaged the phone beyond repair?

What writing do you have to show the phone was not a gift that she has to give back? Nothing in your post indicates that. Likely an expensive lesson learned.
