Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
i need advise i bought a wedding dress from a store and picked it up last week because they didn't want to fix the length of the dress so i decided to go some where else so they can fix it . yesterday i tried it on and my friend and i noticed that the dress was sewed wrong the flowers are best up and theres pieces of the dress that are not attached on right so i went back today to try to get my money back but they didn't want to give me my money back what should i do ?

Unless the store gives refunds, you are probably out of luck. From your post, these are items that should have been noticed before leaving the store. Since you did not tell is the store policy or other details, about all we can say is that a store has the right to have a no refund policy (and you should assume that is the policy, and specifically ask about it before buying).
