Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

I took my car to an Auto repair shop and while it was there the body shop had an accident with my car and they failed to put it on the shop insurance and I got a claim on my insurance which was paid out to the other car on my insurance and what do I need to do to the Auto shop since they failed to cover the colision and my coverage has gone up because of this.

If you notify your auto insurance company of the above facts, then they may initiate an action for recovery from the repair shop.
