In georgia do I have three days to cancel sale even if contract says ther is no coolin off period

The myth of the "cooling off" period continues. Unless you bought it from a door-to-door salesman, or something close to that, the answer is no. One should read and understand contracts before signing.

No. Unless the contract provides for one, there is no period for cars.
