Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Bank Financing
I am revising my statement. Actually I bought the car on April 1, 2007 and on April 7 they telephoned stating I need to return the car. On April 1 before I left the dealership I was told the bank financed me for a brand new car. The finance manager gave me the name of the bank and had me sign the contract. This is truely unfortunate for me. I am totally surprised that this has happen.

Re: Bank Financing
The two answers you were given before are correct, and you should not be financing cars this way. The only safe way to car shop (and you will also save on financing) is to get preapproved by your bank or finance company before you ever go to the car dealer. After you return the car, you'll know how to do it right next time.
