Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
bills and billings
do i have the right to receive a bill that truly and accurately reflects what I owe? Can the company send me bills that are incorrect an still expect payment even thought I dispute the bill and ask for a new one that correctly reflects payments made.

You can ask for a correct bill, but they may disagree with you about the amount you "truly and accurately" owe.
