Boat Sale
If a boat in GA is sold AS-IS to someone out of state & they did not have the boat inspected, can they come back to previous owner to sue for repairs even though they signed the bill of sale where it stated ''sold as-is.''

Anyone can sue for anything. However, if there is proper paperwork, it would be very hard for a person to prevail when an as is statement is part of that paperwork.
