bonus card at stores
Is there a federal law that prohibits stores from adding Points to their bonus cards for pharmacy purchases (drugs) if you have federal assistance (medicare part-D) and you intend to use those points to buy gasoline at their pumps.

There are some Medicare and Medicaid regulations that affect a pharmacy giving any discount such as what you ask about. That is why they exclude those persons.
