Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I bought a car from a guy. He told me it only needed a sensor. I took the car to Goodyear. They said the motor will need to be replaced soon. Seller doesn't have the money and won't take it back what are my options?

Unless you have a written warranty, he doesn't have to do anything and you have no options.
When you buy a car as is, you get it with whatever problems it has, which is why you should always do your own mechanic inspection before you buy a car.
