Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I bought a used car that is a lemon. The dealer will not give me a refund.
Is there anything I can do?

If you bought the car As Is, no. The dealer warned youi it was a lemon with the As Is sticker so you knew what you were getting.
If the vehicle was sold with a warranty, the warranty will fix the car if it is a covered repair.
In neither case do you get a refund.
