Bought a used car
Bought a used car on 12/9/2008 ,do I have seventy hours to turn ut in, If I find out it a lemon

Once you buy a car, there is NO right to return it (unless there is a money back guarantee in the papers you signed, which a rare few dealers use but most do not). If you bought the car "As is" that means what it says, and means you knew you may have bought a lemon. If you did buy the car with a warranty, and a warranty part fails, you may have some repair rights.
