Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I bought a extended warranty on my used vehicle purchase and now have to get a valve job due to a burnt out valve. The warranty company wants copies of my oil change reciepts which they say is every 3,000 miles, but I had it done every 5,000 miles. What are my rights? I don't think they can prove it has anything to do with oil changes? It could be due to poor maintenance on the vehicle before I bought it?

Your "rights" are in your warranty and paperwork. It also includes your obligations. You say absolutely nothing about the terms of the warranty, so no one here can give you much of an answer (other than to read your contract to find the answer).
From your post it is likely that you have improperly maintained your car, and valve jobs are a likely consequence.
Give them your receipts and see what they do. If they deny the claim, you can sue in small claims court. You may win or lose, and the detailed facts will decide that.
