Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I bought a furniture on sale..it does not match my wall color...store is not refunding my money...what should I do?

Change your wall color. You failed to tell us the most important detail - the store's return policy, or whether they have one. This is something you should have asked about before making the purchase. Unless they have a return policy allowing the return, head to the paint store.
Buy paint and repaint your wall..
A merchant has NO obligation to take back anything unless that is their policy. Once you bought it you own it. (hint for next time - read the written policy before you buy).
One more hint: before you give up contact the company president or owner personally as he may be more helpful than the customer no-service department, but again remember that they don't have to take returns.
