Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Bought a Maltese with a congenital disease.
I bought a Maltese for 500.00 from an individual breeder. He was diagnosed after 3 months with a congenital disease that should have been detected at birth. I dont want another puppy from this lady but I would like my money back for this one. Do I have a case?

We do not know the agreement you had with the breeder (ie, the return policy), and you did not tell us. That is the first place to start (or repost with that basic information).
