Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
are you bound by a security alarm system contract if their system has not worked, (i.e., alarm will go off at any time, there have been numerous attempts to repair the system over a three month period with no positive results). Is the contract enforceable when there is a demand for services which you are not getting and/or is totally unreliable, forcing non use of the system?
