Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
What do I do about a buy here pay here dealer that sold me a car that did not last 3 months? The dealer does not report to credit agencies it all on lot financing.

Usually nothing. Unless there was a warranty, you bought the car "As is" and that means what it says. You always need to have an expert look over any "as is" vehicle before you buy, or, if you don't want to risk a lemon, buy a new car, or a used car with a written warranty.
