Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I was in a car accident over the weekend. The steering failed causing me to spin across 2 lanes of traffic on the interstate at a busy time, and then crash into the guard rail. I sustained some bruising, bad headache, and nausea, although nothing too serious. I have found out that this appears to be a common problem with that exact make and model car yet nothing has been done. Is there anything I can do

Get immediate and regular medical care. Delays in this will harm your health and may prevent legal claims. See an experienced products liability lawyer today (not soon...now). Let them examine the car to preserve evidence before the insurer it repair folks touch the car. Take photos of the site and car. Do not discuss how the accident happened, your injuries, or your suspicions with the insurer. Stop calling injuried "not too serious" unless doctors decide that. Stop posting details here on the internet like you did here, as your insurer and the car manufacturer can easily find and see your post and match the post to you.
