Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
car contract
we singed a contract to buy a used vechile at 20% intrest and 15 hundred down and drove off the lot after signing the paperwork .the delership promised we would be financed no problem but a week later they phone and say they want 25 hundred down before the lender will finace us,we are forced to take car back as we dont have that much down payment, do we have a case?
