Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

I took my car to the dealership to have a full detail, 8 days later my car is still wet and been sitting on their lot ever since. They called today and stated it was ready for me to pick up, do I have to take possession of it now.

I am afraid of the potential mold issue since my car has been sitting closed up for eight days still wet.

You're wanting to abandon a car you own at the dealer? That makes no sense at all. If they have ot cleaned up, pick it up. If they mesed it up and don't fix it, pick it up and sue them.
