Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Car being held hostage?
Bottom line is that our vehicle was returned to a repair facility for what should be a warranty repair and now they say we owe money for a previous repair... this facility is holding our vehicle hostage until they are paid and won't fix the vehicle until then. It really is a long and complicated story . Please help !

If, as you say, it is a long and complicated story, you should contact a local attorney who can spend probably a good bit of time with you. It is almost impossible to give sound legal advice in a forum such as this.
