Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Car
I purchaesed a car, financed it through citi financial. I found out that citi financial never re titled the car. They left the title in the name of the former owners. When I went to get tags, I was denied. I called citi finance, they said they made a mistake, but didnt know how to correct it. They sent me the title to the car. At the time, I still owed about 3 payments. Now, a year later, they turned it into collections and say I owe over 2000.00. What are my options?

Re: Car
Did you make the three payments? If not, you need to pay what you agreed to pay.
