Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
used car purchase
my husband signed two contracts in one day for vichiles that he will will not own. he wanted our daughter to have a dependable way to work. but then the son in law decided that he wanted one also, they talked him in to purchasing another.now he wants to return one, can this be done. is there a law against this or the dealership. two cars one dealership

Once you sign a contract to buy a car it's binding. There is no limit on the number of cars someone can buy. Assuming he signed two contracts properly, he owns two cars.
