Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
car purchase
We purchased a car on March 13. Signed all the papers and walked out with the car. A few days later they start calling us about something on our credit. Now they are saying we have to return th car even though we have a contract. Can they do this?

Read your contracts. Most provide for this.

Re: car purchase
Sure. You don't ever want to try and buy a car that way. Always, before you go to a dealer, get preapproved by your bank and then shop. In your case, you got turned down. YOu have to either find a lender or return the car.
