Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
car title
I purchased a vehicle and financed the cost. I then received the title to the vehicle in the mail which is a clear title. Someone advised I do not have to pay anything for this vehicle. What is the legal answer?

Re: car title
The bank will eventually figure out that you are not making scheduled payments and come after you on the financing documents. The clear title was obviously a clerical error. Contact the bank and get on trach with them.

Did you sign a note stating you would repay the loan? That should obviously be your "legal" answer.
