Do I have a case if walmart installed new tires and cause damage to my car that made it unsafe to drive.

Maybe or maybe not. Since you chose not to tell us how installing tires damaged your car or how it made your car unsafe, or what happened after that, we have no way to know. In most cases, you'd simply bring the car back and they'd fix it (and unless their negligence caused a crash you would not need to be asking lawyers).
